Brandi W. Beard Attorney at Law

Brandi Whaley Beard was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a double minor in English and Criminal Justice. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Prior to attending law school, Brandi worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for eight years. During law school, she clerked for James G. Henderson, United States Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division and later became his associate at Pritchard, McCall & Jones, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.

Brandi met her husband, Jim Beard, while in law school and several years later relocated to his hometown of Guntersville, Alabama. They have one daughter, are members of Guntersville First Methodist Church and enjoy spending most of their spare time on the lake.

Brandi is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
